Canadian Lakes - Amenities Information

The Canadian Lakes Campground is available to any Canadian Lakes member who
does not have a house at Canadian Lakes. The campground allows members not
yet ready to build or buy a house to use the amenities of Canadian Lakes.
Guests of members can also use the campground.

There are 370 camping sites, all with water and electricity. Three
bathhouses with flush toilets, hot water, and showers are located throughout
the campground. In the campground there are water features suitable for
non-motorized watercraft and fishing for pan fish. Swimming is not allowed,
though there are excellent swimming beaches nearby in the development. In
addition, there is a pavilion, two basketball areas, three playgrounds, and
a volleyball area.

There are no laundry facilities on site.

Approximately two thirds of the sites are rented year round, with the
balance available for occasional rental. If a site is rented year round,
your camping residence can remain on the site all year. The campground is
open for unlimited stays from April 15- October 15. Under state law, only
short term (8 day maximum) camping is allowed October 15-April 15. One of
the bathhouses is kept open during the off-season.

All manner of camping residences are allowed, park models, trailers, pop-up
campers, tents, and motor homes.

An active Campground Committee organizes social events and represents
campground interests and needs to the Canadian Lakes Property Owners Corp.
(CLPOC).

Also located at the campground is a fenced, year round, outdoor storage area
for members of Canadian Lakes. It is suitable for off-season boat storage,
and for travel trailer or motor home storage.

Renters must sign to indicate their intention to adhere to all campground
rules.
