The Royal Clubhouse (12,771 sq. ft.) houses the Royal Golf Course Pro Shop, the Mayfair Restaurant (a private club for CLPOC members and their guests), an indoor pool and fitness center. There are two tennis courts and a putting green adjacent to the Clubhouse.

The restaurant offers both fireside and enclosed porch dining with outstanding views of the 18th green, its surrounding woods and water feature. This building is ADA accessible. The restaurant, pool/fitness center are accessible through the front entrance of the restaurant. The Pro Shop is accessible via a cart path to the lower level.
