The Canadian Lakes Property Owners Corporation Office (4656 sq. ft.) is located at the corner of Pierce Road and West Royal Road, directly across from the Pines Golf Course and adjacent to Pines Park and the outdoor pool. The offices share the building with the Pines Pro Shop.

The building houses the Office of the General Manager and the departments of Finance and Accounting, Membership Services, Safety, and Covenant Compliance. In addition two conference rooms serve as meeting sites for myriad committees and ancillary organizations. The building also houses a community library with Internet access and the Canadian Lakes Association corporate office.

This is a WiFi hotspot for use by visiting members.

The building is for the most part ADA accessible.

Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Conference rooms may be open at other hours by request.
